Why Every Woman Needs a Hydration Facial
A hydration facial is best done for those with very dry skin and for those with aging skin. When the skin loses hydration this is when it starts to wrinkle and get those tiny lines around the eyes and mouth that make a woman look older and less radiant. Adding hydration to the skin can be done with the right diet and with drinking copious amounts of water, but there are many good reasons to consider regular facials to keep you looking your best no matter your skin type.
One consideration is that your skin is typically the last organ that is fed nourishment and hydration from what you eat and drink. The body will feed other, more vital organs and muscles first, and then skin is fed vitamins and essential minerals last. This means that even if you eat a healthy diet and drink lots of water, your skin will be the last to benefit.
Another consideration is that the outer layers of the skin are what you see but these are also the most difficult for the body to feed and hydrate. Skin is fed through the blood circulation, and the blood only touches on the inner layers of skin, deep beneath its surface. The hydration that your system delivers doesn’t always make it to the top layers of skin. Having a hydration facial can then add that moisture on the outer layers of skin, where it’s needed most.
This type of facial also allows the skin to fully absorb the hydration provided, as it sinks deep into pores. Using moisturizer every night on your skin is beneficial but it often doesn’t absorb fully or keep your skin hydrated for days, which is why regular facial treatments are needed for healthy, radiant skin.
